Allen Meadows - Score: 92 (2017 January)

A more restrained and more elegant nose displays a mix of cool dark berries that is liberally spiked with earth and spice elements. There is once again a really lovely texture to the rich and relatively refined medium-bodied flavors that deliver excellent depth and length on the dusty and almost chalky finish. This too should be approachable young yet it has the balance and underlying material to age well too.
