Suspension Of Delivery From France to Hong Kong During Summer

To keep wines at their best status, traditionally we prevent shipment during hot weather from France to Hong Kong.

Due to hot weather from June to September in Hong Kong, we strongly recommend customers to avoid such periods to transport wines. We try our best to maintain temperature control of wine shipping, and our certified logistics company uses reefer container and reefer truck delivery during the whole journey from France to HK. However, there are still uncontrollable factors that may cause temperature variation, such as unloading in airport, customs declaration delay at airport etc. Although chances are small, risk still exits. If you don’t need the wines urgently, we strongly recommend to ship in October onwards.

If you wish to ship wines during such months, please be prepared to bare risk of temperature variation. We shall not be hold liable in case of damage and leakage caused by such risk.
