Allen Meadows - Score: 91-94 (2011 Feb.)

Roulot indicated that this was still on its fining materials and not surprisingly, the nose was reduced and funky and while the flavors were less troubled, they were still awkward. On the plus side, there is excellent concentration and superb intensity plus the overall sense of balance seems almost perfect on the hugely long finish. Note that I have estimated where I believe that this will come in score-wise though I have added a cautionary question mark to signal that the estimate is necessarily preliminary.
