A feminine, gracious wine, the 2012 La Patache is attractive and tasty, especially for near term drinking. Sweet red cherry, cinnamon, mint and dried flowers are some of the notes that grace the mid-weight, fruity finish. The 2012 is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. Michel Rolland is the winemaker.
