The 2018 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru offers blueberry, cassis and crushed violet scents on a tightly knit nose that unfolds with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and very pliant in the mouth, with good grip toward the finish, if not overly complex.
