Allen Meadows - Score: 92 (2007 Apr.)

A complex, fresh, ripe and very pretty nose features both red and black fruit aromas, particularly raspberry that is followed by understated but rich, full and sweet medium weight flavors that are textured, elegant and refined. There is a lovely subtlety to this wine with a hint of underlying minerality to the mocha-infused finish, which confers a suave, indeed almost velvety texture to it.
