Here the more reticent nose is also marked floral in character with its ripe aromas of plum, cassis, black raspberry and plethora of spice nuances. There is excellent size, weight and mid-palate concentration along with almost painful intensity to the big-bodied flavors that brim with sappy dry extract that helps to buffer the very firm tannins shaping the balanced and hugely long finale. This is excellent though note well that this beauty is going to require extended patience.
