(Ramonet gets this fruit though a métayage arrangement): Ripe peach and a note of toasty oak on the nose. Richer than the Charmois but also shows a light touch and more complex flavors of stone fruits and sexy oak. This, too, is a Saint-Aubin that needs patience.
