An exceptionally fresh nose of red berries, in particular raspberry, is liberally laced with earthy and very subtle spice hints. There is good punch to the relatively supple flavors that are underpinned by acidity that seems distinctly green on the mildly dry if clean finish. It's possible that the abundance CO2 exacerbates the sense of dryness but I am concerned that this will dry out in time and hence the very short suggested drinking window.
