A pungent nose of reduction and wood leads to delicious, fresh and energetic flavors that are markedly finer while offering solid length on the youthfully austere and sappy finale. The supporting tannins are dense but fine and in contrast to several of the preceding villages level wines, this could probably be approached after only a few years of cellaring.
