A restrained if highly complex nose is spicier if less floral-suffused with a more evident wood treatment. The big-bodied, powerful and concentrated flavors brim with sappy dry extract though less obvious minerality on the compact, tightly wound and built-to-age finale. This is basically an undifferentiated block at present and leaves no doubt that it's going to require extended cellaring to reveal its considerable potential.
