There are hints of lactic and cider to the lemongrass and citrus zest aromas. The sleek, delicious and vibrant flavors are more interesting than the nose but the finish is noticeably warm. As the description suggests this is not without its issues and it's difficult to say if it will harmonize or not but I have my doubts.
