A smoky combination of white orchard fruit, acacia, roasted nuts and a whiff of citrus gives way to more finely textured and lightly stony middle weight flavors that possess equally good dry extract, all wrapped in a markedly dry finish that possesses just a bit more overall depth and persistence. Lovely juice.
