Allen Meadows - Score: 87-89 (2019 October)

This was being prepared for bottling at the time of my visit and not surprisingly, the nose was dominated by sulfur. Otherwise the intense and highly energetic flavors possess excellent delineation, indeed they're chiseled, before culminating in a bone dry grapefruit-inflected finish. This was hard to read but should come in around my projected range.
