Here too there is a touch of animale to the brooding and somewhat somber dark currant, black berry, warm earth and humus aromas. The middle weight flavors possess a finer mouth feel as well as a subtle minerality that adds a bit of lift to the more energetic and persistent finish. This too should easily be approachable young if that's your preference.
