This is even more aromatically restrained with its layered and perfumed nose of both red and dark berries, lavender, rose petal, soy and star anise. There is excellent volume to the larger-bodied and more generously proportioned if less precise flavors that display real power on the wonderfully long and more complex if equally austere finale.
