Vinous - Score: 86-89 (2011 Aug.)

Medium-dark yellow-gold. Delicate aromas of grapefruit, peach and honey. Balanced and light on entry, with clean flavors of honeyed peach, rosewater and gin, then slightly richer and denser on the back half, finishing smooth and moderately long. This is very typical of the last few vintages of d'Arche, an estate where the wines have been steadily improving in recent years.
