Allen Meadows - Score: 94 (2017 Jan.)

A cool, pure and restrained nose features gorgeous complexity on the earthy, floral and spice-tinged red berry fruit aromas. There is fine intensity to the rich, round and mouth coating middle weight plus flavors that immediately tighten up on the focused and impressively persistent finish. I like the balance as well as the seductive texture and I suspect that this will drink well earlier than usual. A Chapelle of finesse and grace.
