Pale, bright yellow. Piquant, high-toned nose combines minerals, spearmint, ginger, nutmeg and crushed herbs. Sweet and plush on entry, then quite dry on the back half, with a minty, peppery element suggesting incomplete ripeness (these vines had to be picked right after the hailstorm). Doesn't show the depth of flavor of the Bougros.
