An elegant, pure and airy array is comprised by notes of white flowers, pear, green apple and plenty of classic Chablis elements. The clean, precise and impressively intense middle weight flavors are like rolling small rocks around in the mouth, all wrapped in a sneaky long finish that is also very, very saline. This will require at least 5+ years of cellaring and reward 10+.
