An agreeably spicy and solidly ripe nose consists of dark pinot fruit and a pretty array of floral elements and in particular violets. Once again there is good richness, volume and concentration to the vibrant and intense flavors that culminate in a robust finish that makes clear that this will need a few years of cellaring first.
