Goutorbe's NV Blanc de Blancs shows the natural richness of Aÿ and 2012, the base vintage for this release. Rich apricot, butter, pastry and light tropical inflections give the Blanc de Blancs its exotic, racy personality, but on the palate, the Blanc de Blancs finishes a bit short and compact.
