The 2017 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a blend of around 30% Gamay and 70% Pinot Noir. It has a soft red cherry and crushed strawberry bouquet. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry, offering fleshy red cherry fruit and a smooth, easygoing, vanilla-tinged finish. Delicious.
