There is no reduction here and an expressive and quite pretty nose of red berry fruit aromas, spice hints and lovely notes of violets merges into round, elegant and relatively refined medium-bodied flavors that possess good mid-palate concentration and while the finish is on the dry side, it could be an unintended effect of the ample gas this is still carrying as the underlying tannins appear to be adequately ripe.
