Selosse's NV Brut Rosé is quite floral and lifted, with kirsch, rose petal, mint and hard candy notes that blossom in the glass. This is one of the more eccentric, intensely floral versions of the Selosse's Rosé I can remember tasting. This bottle was disgorged on February 12, 2014. Dosage is 2.6 grams per liter.
