The NV Brut Royale Réserve Non-Dosé, based on 2014, is absolutely gorgeous. The non-dosage style brings out a distinctly white peach/green apple character in the fruit. White flowers, chalk and mint complement the wine’s bright, high-toned flavors nicely. This is one of the finest versions of the Royale Réserve Non-Dosé I can remember tasting.
