Strong secondary fermentation aromas dominate today. Otherwise there is excellent density to the muscular and quite serious flavors that brim with minerality while displaying outstanding persistence on the chiseled and equally bone-dry finale. This excellent effort is also essentially a 'buy and forget you own it' wine.
