Pale golden yellow. Lime zest and lemongrass on the nose, with white pepper and talc adding vibrancy. Brisk, nervy and precise, offering lively citrus and green apple flavors and fine mineral nerve. Weightier on the finish, with a subtle complexity beginning to emerge, but still I'd resist opening this chenin blanc for a few more years if I could.
