Soft wood frames mildly phenolic and reductive aromas (think olive or nut oil characters) that should clean up once the wine has been properly racked. Otherwise there is excellent intensity to the delicious, vibrant and unusually muscular flavors that brim with the signature minerality on the overtly citrus-infused finale. This is not a typical Perrières as it's borderline robust but even so, it's really quite good.
