Wine Critics Notes:

Allen Meadows - Score: 90 (2014 November)

A fully mature and highly complex nose is turning toward the tertiary side of the aromatic spectrum with gentle notes of sous-bois, truffle, dried orchard fruit and discreet spice nuances. There is excellent intensity and ample mineral influence to the lightly citrus-inflected middle weight flavors that possess very fine depth and persistence on the balanced finish. This is really quite good for a villages level wine that it drinking perfectly now and should continue to do so if well-stored. Good stuff.
