Vinous - Score: 91 (2015 January)

(90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, from Bouzy and Ambonnay; no dosage and no added sulfur): Bright yellow. Lively blood orange and pear aromas are complemented by iodine, pungent flowers and smoky minerals. Sappy and sharply focused, offering intense orchard fruit and citrus pith flavors and a suggestion of cherry pit on the back half. Closes taut and dry, with resonating minerality and very good zesty persistence.
