Here too there is a vague suggestion of exotic fruit with a contrasting array of white peach and passion fruit versus notes of citrus peel, green apple and petrol. The cool, pure and restrained middle weight flavors possess very fine delineation and equally good cut and minerality, all wrapped in a youthfully austere lemon rind-tinged finale. This tightly wound effort will need at least a few years to unwind but it should be lovely.
