A more elegant and notably cooler array is composed by notes of red currant, dark cherry, violet and discreet spice nuances. The gorgeously textured middle weight flavors are at once silky and seductive though the impressively complex and lingering finish tightens up considerably as it sits on the palate. In sum this is an excellent Chambolle villages.
