Evident but not intrusive oak influence frames overtly floral-inflected aromas of various spice and citrus elements that add considerable breadth to the seashore, iodine and mineral reduction scents. As with the Valmur, there is excellent volume and power to the concentrated and quite serious flavors that brim with minerality on the youthfully austere finish that is much more refined. This too should be an especially long-lived 2017.
