Allen Meadows - Score: 96 (2011 October)

Extremely ripe and spicy aromas of knockout complexity lead to remarkably youthful, big, rich, deep and stunningly complex flavors possessing a velvety finish of power and simply unbelievable length. This is one serious wine and I could taste the hauntingly pretty flavors for several days afterwards. Juice of this caliber is rare and while it is at its peak, well-stored bottles should continue to hold well. Consistent notes save for one poor bottle.
