Wine Critics Notes:

Allen Meadows - Score: 92 (2014 November)

A fully mature yet still attractively fresh nose reveals notes of solidly complex honeysuckle, dried acacia blossom and citrus peel scents. There is excellent volume and complexity to the very round, suave and utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors that possess a subtle trace of minerality on the balanced and hugely long finish. This is a stunningly good villages level wine that would put many a 1er to shame. Note that unlike many '92s that are now beginning to decline this is still in irreprochable condition.
