As is typically the case chez Dauvissat this displays even more Chablis character with a completely different aromatic profile that is composed of cool and pure white flower, sea breeze, mineral reduction and iodine nuances. There is lovely intensity but also good mid-palate stuffing that imparts a rounded palate impression to the saline-inflected finish. This terrific effort should drink well young but also reward 4 to 6 years of cellar time. Recommended.
