Allen Meadows - Score: 90-92 (2020 January)

Firm reduction blocks an evaluation of the nose but I very much like the gorgeously textured flavors that flash both excellent detail and punch, all wrapped in a compact and serious finish that is, somewhat curiously, borderline sweet and slightly warm. While there is nothing particularly amiss, it would be fair to describe this as somewhat atypical.
